Chatbot Knowledge Center

The uClone Chatbot Knowledge Center works like the brain of your chatbot.

It saves all the information you provide in a database, which acts as a storage space for everything your chatbot needs to know.

This database can include details from PDFs, text, videos, audio files, or any other data you upload.

When a user asks a question, the chatbot quickly searches through this database to find the most relevant information.

It matches the user’s question to the stored data and provides the best possible answer based on what it has learned. This process happens almost instantly, ensuring that the chatbot gives fast and accurate responses to your users.

Upon pressing Add New Knowledge:

You can choose different types of data sources to upload into uClone, such as:

  • PDF files

  • Video and audio files

  • Text data

Write or paste any information here, and your uClone will instantly learn from it.

Testing Your Chatbot

You can test your chatbot by presing the test chatbot button next to "Add New Knowledge"

Testing your chatbot lets you see how it reacts using the data you gave it.

Monitor and Update

Regularly review the chatbot’s performance and update it with new information to improve accuracy and customer satisfaction.
