Step 2: Embed Your Chatbot into WordPress Using WPCode

WPCode (formerly known as Insert Headers and Footers) is a popular WordPress plugin that makes it easy to add JavaScript to your site. It lets you add scripts to your header, footer, or specific pages with conditional rules.

Here’s how to get started:

1. Install and activate the WPCode plugin on your WordPress site.

2. In your WordPress admin, go to Code Snippets → + Add Snippet.

3. Click on Add Your Custom Code (New Snippet) and choose Use Snippet.

Setting Up Your Snippet

1. Add a title to your snippet (for your reference only).

2. Set the Code Type to JavaScript Snippet.

3. Enter your uClone Embed code in the Code Preview box.

Choosing Where to Add the Code

• You can choose to add the snippet sitewide (header, footer, or body).

• Header is best for important scripts.

• Footer is better for performance.

• You can also target specific pages or manually add the code using a shortcode.

Step 3: Final Steps

1. Click Save Snippet.

2. Toggle the snippet to Active to make it live on your site.

Congratulations, your uClone chatbot is now live on your Wix website.
