With conversation alerts enabled you will receive emails everytime a new conversation starts with your chatbot.
In the Chatbot History tab, you have several options:
Stop the AI from responding and handle the user’s questions yourself.
Monitor all responses as they occur.
If you see the ‘AI Paused’ red alert, it means the AI has stopped responding in that specific conversation, and you’ll need to take manual action to continue.
To stop the AI from responding & transfer the chat to a human press the 3 dots in the top right corner of the chat and say "Pause AI responses"
